  From the minute we met James we knew that he wasn’t your typical real estate agent . He was honest , reliable and spoke the truth . Yes you heard right .
  We bought a property off James in sans souci and when it was time to sell our property in Bardwell park there was no one else that was going to take on that responsibility .
  I can’t emphasize enough how hard James and Elizabeth worked to get the best result for our property . He was straight down the line from the beginning , gave us honest feedback from the buyers , gave us real and reasonable expectations , and delivered in the end with more than what we were expecting .
  All of this with professional attitude , quirky sense of humour and amazing skills . I have sold properties at auction before , but none were as stress free and professionally run as this one .
  If you are looking for the next generation type of real estate agent who’s not going to promise you the world and deliver nothing , James Johnson is your man .

  We have had experience with Raine & Horne Sans Souci selling property and managing our investments. James was informative, honest and very transparent when selling my grandmothers unit, the process was smooth and we felt very well informed and as though all options were considered throughout the sale.
  
  We currently have two investment properties managed by Elizabeth and it has been the easiest experience we've ever had with a Property Manager. Our properties have never been vacant, she always advertises and finds a new tenant with ample time, we are kept up to date with all correspondence to the tenants, provided in-depth reports after Elizabeth's routine inspections and we have never had any concerns with rental payments. She has always provided us with her honest opinion regarding applicants and has never just signed a tenant so that she could get someone in.
  
  We will continue to use Raine & Horne for all of our property services, our experience with them has been outstanding and well and truly above the standard we have received from other agents.

  My partner and I are so grateful to the team at Raine & Horne Sans Souci, in particular Elizabeth. We have have been lucky enough to have Elizabeth as our agent for the past 2.5 years. She has been unbelievely accommodating to any of our needs. When I mentioned that we were having a baby this year and may need to move to a two bedder, she was straight onto it and within 2 days found us the perfect place just down the road. Couldn't speak higher of Elizabeth, always contactable, approachable and personable.

  I recently used Elizabeth's services when renting out my own property and I could not recommend her any more highly. Not only was she friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, she is extremely responsive. Elizabeth was professional when completing open homes and walking potential tenants through my property and I knew I could trust her in finding the best tenant for me. Elizabeth was honest, reliable and realistic in answering all of my questions throughout the process of finding a tenant and continues to provide an excellent service, whereby no request is too much for her. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone who is looking for an amazing property manager that they can trust and rely on.
