They were friendly and welcoming and took the stress out of planning a surprise proposal I was organising for my Girlfriend. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by the sheer variety of options to choose from. They have everything you could imagine or want there! The excellent customer service made narrowing down products a breeze. They helped me with colour palettes for balloon arrangements and did a great job stringing together some letter balloons which looked great. All I had to do on the day was show up and it was all done. Highly recommend this company for all your party / celebrations.

They stock anything and everything that you may need for entertaining or special events. The shelves are stacked high with 'stuff' so you need to take time to wander through and find what you are looking for. These guys created a fabulous helium balloon bouquet for a me recently, for a 60th Birthday. They were efficient and very reasonably priced.

Then they tell you they will be with you in second, after a few minutes waiting. They tell you a few minutes, I guess a few minutes goes for an hour
