  I would like to thank Matthew and his wonderful team at Southern Cross Funerals for their service at Dad's funeral . Everyone commented on how good the service was so from the bottom of my heart thank you again you have been a saviour from the very first phone call .

  How do you express your gratitude to a company who surpasses all expectations when you recommend them for your dear friends funeral…..MATT & SOUTHERN CROSS FUNERALS.......did just that !!!
  
  I work in an industry where I see how different Funeral Director’s operate. Southern Cross Funeral’s are by far the most efficient, friendliest, professional company and Matt is such a darling to deal with. He works tirelessly 24/7 and nothing is too hard. He brings a different dimension and ensures that it is all about how the family would like to remember their loved one. An example the music – Macarena & Nutbush … the Funeral was amazing from the start – a true celebration of life for our dear friend.

  I highly recommend Southern Cross Funerals, especially over the other big brands. They are a caring family business - the whole team were super friendly, helpful and supportive during every step of the process. They were relatable, down to earth and highly professional. Everything turned out perfectly on the day, without a hitch. I'm so glad I was able to make the day special for my loved one with their help.

  From the time I contacted Eleanor after our mother passed away, she took control of all the arrangements. In meeting her, we found a very warm, compassionate woman who gave out so much understanding and love for what my sister snd I were going through. Everything was arranged with such grace and heartfelt service, you would think she was a family member. On the day of the funeral Matthew exhibited the same warmth, concern and natural love, it was so comforting. His team and he took hold of all the process throughout the mass. Although in this business you would have z certain expectation, being looked after in this matter leaves a strong feeling within your own heart. They are a family business that have gone over znd beyond ones expectations. I thank them on behalf of my husband and sister and myself forever in a day.And highly recommend them. You even have Annie as your mascot when you enter the office
