  Luaay is a friendly, punctual, efficient, knowledgeable plumber. We only had two issues one of them being a simple tap re-seat which he did in about a minute. He was happy to answer my questions and shared some good housekeeping tips, all for a very reasonable price!

  Louie came out to assist me with dripping taps in the kitchen, that could no longer be turned off. He was available to attend within the hour which was very much appreciated. The work was prompt, he was happy to explain the work required and left place clean. He even put in washers that was easy for my children to use. Much appreciated.

  Needed an emergency plumber on Friday afternoon. They said they would be here in a few hours and arrived about 2 hours later. Problem was temporality fixed on the day (it was getting late and dark), and properly fixed the next morning. Plumber took pictures and video of the problem under the house, so I was fully informed.

  Just before Christmas evolution plumbing were called to my place on behalf of my home insurer to investigate damage that had been caused by a leak in the laundry that had been fixed by a licensed plumber and a report sent to the insurer at their request.
  
  When the plumber arrived they wanted to immediately start in the bathroom which is connected to the laundry via a common wall. I asked them why they were doing this when the leak was in the laundry and they said they were asked to find a leak in the bathroom. They filled all the sinks in the bathroom, the shower and the toilet with a dye so they could visually see if there was any leaks and there wasn’t.
  
  The last thing they did before leaving was to connect a pressure test machine to the shower head. Once they had it connected the plumber called me over to show me that the copper pipe had been ripped off the wall and that the connection to where the shower head was damaged and leaking. They then reconnected the shower head and left. That night when we showered we noticed that water was coming out into the linen press, down the hallway and into a bedroom.
  
  If this leak had existed before the plumber arrived then there would have been no need for dyes or pressure test machines, we would have been able to visually see the leak and determine the cause of the damage.
  
  Even if a small leak had existed prior to the plumber arriving whatever test they done caused the a much bigger problem than already existed.
  
  I asked Luay from evolution plumbing to come out and fix the leak at their cost because that would be the right thing to do. I told him that mistakes happen, on one is perfect but the right thing to do is to come out and fix it because it didn’t exist before they arrived and now it does. He told me that this would affect his bread and butter and it was not in his best interest to fix it. Even when I politely offered him to remove any tiles needed and buy the materials he refused to acknowledge that they had done anything wrong.
  
  I believe the insurance company is looking to blame another leak for the damage caused in the laundry which is the why the 3 taps and sink in the laundry were never tested for leaks. The builder that sent evolution plumbing to our place put false information on the report they lodged to the insurance company which they are now reviewing again.
  
  Disappointing that before Christmas in a pretty horrible year this was done to us. I’m not going to tell anyone not to use evolution plumbing, just be mindful that they don’t like to take ownership for mistakes which in my opinion is a very strong indicator of integrity and honesty in business.

  Luaay always came on time and fixed our water hammer issue at a great price. $0 call out fee and spent extra time to ensure the issue was 100% resolved. All too hard to trust handymen these days but Luaay has restored my faith. Will definitely keep his number for any future problems.
